NO MAKE-UP LESSONS, NO RESCHEDULING, NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR MISSED LESSONS...NO EXCEPTIONS!
This means no changing of time slot or day on a temporary basis. (See the CALL LIST at the end of these policies for help with this.) There are 52 weeks in a year and I charge you for only 48 of those. If the holidays and the days that I need to cancel exceed four within a 12-month period, beginning October 1st of each year, then you may deduct it from your tuition. I will give notice of this occurrence.
PAY WEEK
Monday through Thursday Students
Monthly sessions begin on the last week of the month and run through to the last week of the following month. Fees are due in advance on the last week of each month regardless of whether there is class or not. This means that the last week of each month is the first week on each pay session. Payment should be made even if you do not attend class that week or if there is no class that week. Payment should always be made on or before the last week of each month.
Friday through Sunday Students & Weekday Students Who Come for class only three weeks per month
These students have one week per month off . . . usually the last week. Their sessions begin on the first week of the month. Fees are due on the first week of each month regardless of whether you attend your class or if there is no class. Payment should always be made on or before the first week of the month.
$20.00 LATE FEE
Tuition must be paid by 8:00 PM on the 3rd day past the due date. For instance if your tuition is due on the 3rd day of the month and you have not made payment by 8:00 PM on the 6th. You will be charged an additional $20.00.
30 DAY NOTICE
A thirty day notice is required when terminating classes as this gives me a chance to fill the time slot.
DISCOUNTS
A 15% discount is applied to fees paid four months in advance.
10% discount for households with 2 or more students.
2 free lessons for each new student referral once they have made a commitment.
FUNDRAISERS
It would be impossible for me to donate or purchase from
everyone. Therefore, because it would be unfair to help one
and not the other, it is my policy to not contribute to any of
them. Thank you for understanding.
